Whitecotes Caravan Park is a family run park set in the beautiful Vale of York in North Yorkshire. The site is set in rural surroundings on the outskirts of the village of Ulleskelf, which has a village store/newsagent and pub. A local railway station regularly takes passengers into York City Centre. York is only 10 minutes away by car and the McArthurGlen designer outlet is close by. The park is ideally located for exploring the North York Moors, Yorkshire Coast, and nearby towns of Tadcaster, Beverley and Selby. There are plenty of historic houses to visit including Castle Howard, Burton Constable Hall and Sledmere House.

York is the third most popular tourist destination in the UK after London and Edingburgh and offers Roman, Viking and Medieval architecture, modern shopping facilities and plenty of places to eat and drink.

The Vale of York is mainly agricultural with open fields and woodland. There is plenty of wildlife including Pheasants, Rabbits, Hares, Deer, Foxes and Birds of Prey. Enjoy the peace of the countryside
